Mission

Assocarboni's main goal is to spread an adequate communication about the characteristics and uses of coal.

In order to:

• provide advice to Member's Companies and represents their own interests before the Administration, and Institutions;
• engage Domestic and International Institutions, Political Parties and Economic Bodies to improve knowledge and information about characteristics of coal and its uses;
• promote sector's studies in concert with Research Centre and Universities;
• organize conferences, for specialized and not attendance, directing to provide a correct panorama of Italian energy condition, the potentiality of coal as combustible, its environmental impact;
• participate in International Board to collaborate to the spreading of the "Clean Coal Technologies" and to studies on sequestration and use of hydrogen in the electric energy production.
